Performance Misfits Reading Group

The Performance Misfits Reading Group was assembled in January 2012 to discuss recent scholarship in performance studies and track the development of performance theory in a Canadian context. Composed of several “disciplinary misfits” based in the Toronto area, the group aims to create connections among graduate students and faculty working on performance-related projects within a variety of different fields. The reading group is also collaboratively building a critical framework for the Performance Studies Methodologies Workshop to be held at Massey College in April 2012.
